Dear Shareholders!

This is to remind You that since January 1, 2013, pursuant to Clause 6, Article 64-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Securities Market”, The Integrated Securities Registrar JSC became the sole organization operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintain the Securities holders register system.

At present your accounts are operated in “temporary” session, which should be switched into “open” session in order that You can perform any transactions with shares. To do this, the following documents must be submitted to The Integrated Registrar:

1. Natural person (resident, non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan or a stateless citizen) or his representative:

1) order to open a personal account,
2) an identity document, the passport of non-residents or stateless citizens should have a note on registration made by Internal Affairs bodies or other authorized bodies or a residence permit or an identity card of the stateless citizen,
3) a letter of attorney issued to the representative (if available) having a right to represent and(or) sign documents submitted to the Registrar and obtain documents from the Registrar.

2. Legal person being a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) order to open a personal account,
2) a copy of a State (re-)registration certificate of the legal person,
3) a document in the established form containing the notarized sample signatures of the legal person representatives entitled to put signatures on documents for the purposes of transactions on personal accounts and information transactions, and the seal impression of the legal person shall have the following details:
- the name of the Registrar;
- the name of the legal person;
- position, second name, first name, patronymic (if available) of the legal person representative, identity document’s details;
- an instruction stating the mandatory use of the sample signatures contained in this document when performing transactions on the personal account of the legal person as well as information transactions.

3. Legal person being a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) order to open a personal account,
2) a statement of the trade register or a copy of the document certifying the legal person registration appended with a notarized translation into Russian, legalized or apostilled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international agreements, excluding the documents executed in Russian, having an official stamp and originated from the countries participating in Minsk (Minsk, dd. January 22, 1993) or Kishinev (Kishinev, October 7, 2002) Convention on legal assistance and legal relations in Civil, Domestic and Criminal matters,
3) a document containing notarized sample signatures of the legal person representatives entitled to put signatures on documents for the purposes of transactions on personal accounts and information transactions, and the seal impression of the legal person shall have the following details:
- the name of the Registrar;
- the name of the legal person;
- position, second name, first name, patronymic (if available) of the legal person representative, identity document’s details;
- an instruction stating the mandatory use of the sample signatures contained in this document when performing transactions on the personal account of the legal person as well as information transactions.

It is recommended by The Integrated Securities Registrar JSC to make use of The Integrated Registrar transfer-agent services represented by Kazpost JSC for transfer of all the required documents.
