Our
policy towards philanthropy follows a simple principle underlying
all of our social programs - the stronger should help the weaker.
As we continue to grow, we do not forget those who are in need.
Currently, our initiatives include:
Social
Assistance to the Local Population
Providing
assistance to the local population is one of the main philanthropic
undertakings. The "Condensate" Group of Companies has
been providing help, necessary for the neediest and socially wounded
layers for a number of years. We have developed programs that help
to provide financial and social support to the retirees, invalids,
WWII veterans, orphan children and children with mental and physical
disabilities.
The
"Condensate" Group of Companies has a leading role in
supporting WWII veterans. Our enterprises closely cooperate with
municipal and district invalid clubs of the WWII.
In
2000, to mark the 55 th anniversary of WWII, "Condensate"
Group of Companies distributed 1.1 million tenge to invalids of
the WWII and the families of those persons, who died during the
war. In addition to financial support we organized a WWII Remembrance
ceremony in Aksay. Since 2005, to mark 60 th anniversary the consortium
regularly renders support to 167 veterans and rear workers, living
in Uralsk and Burlinsk region. Our assistance is going on for 3
years. Besides
the obligatory congratulations for Victory Day and setting aside
funds for everybody, we render financial and social support in their
everyday life. Within the framework of Victory Day's celebration
we annually invite a lot of veterans to "Mechta" Resort
according to our old tradition. There are sport competitions, war-patriotic
concerts, refreshments carried out in the resort. Only in 2005-2007,
more than 8 million tenge were allocated by the "Condensate"
for awarding veterans and rendering assistance to retirees.
In
2007 - CS "Condensate" supported an appeal of Burlinsk
region people for WWII memorial's reconstruction, which was placed
in Victory Square in Aksay. 650 thou. tenge were transferred to
its fund. We regularly help to municipal and district communities
of invalids, veterans of Afghanistan and associations of blind and
deaf people, etc. During the last 10 years none of their appeals
was refused by us. In 2007 we rendered philanthropic assistance
to N. Lavrova - 100.000 tenge for treatment, G. Zhanturin - 50.000
tenge for eyes treatment, A. Khizhnyak - 60.000 tenge for her son's
treatment, A. Azamatova - 60.000 tenge for her daughter's treatment.
Education
They
say, the country won't have its future without the assistance to
younger generation. "Condensate", as a socially responsible
organization has been rendering a considerable support to education
development for the last 8 years. Since 1999, "Condensate"
has been a sponsor to the best students of the Academy of Labour
and Social Relations and Agro-technical University.
In 1999, "Condensate"
Group of Companies founded its annual award - the "Best Teacher"
and the "Best Student". Under this program, 13 schools
in Uralsk and Burlinsk region receive financial support throughout
the year. In 2007 we expended 195.000 tenge for that purpose. During
8 years we rendered more than 1 million tenge for the development
of these schools. For instance, schools ¹ 7, 40 in Uralsk,
school ¹ 1 in Aksay, Pugachev School and so on.
In 2003, "Condensate"
rendered 12 grants to the best students for study at the universities
of the republic and CIS. Our company decided to take orphan children
under wardship that time. We invite them to "Mechta" Resort
every year, where they celebrate the New Year and other festivals.
Culture
and Sports
Certainly,
we don't stay aloof from nowadays problems in culture. Drama theatre,
philharmonic orchestra, centre of national folklore art. Members
of children choreographic and other organizations regularly receive
our financial assistance. For instance, we rendered 100.000 tenge
for participation in International Festival of music poetry "Lesnoye
ozero. Burabay - 2007", and 20.000 tenge to R. Khasanova for
her daughter's participation in International Arts Festival in Odessa
this summer.
"Condensate"
Group of Companies propagandizes physical culture and sports among
the personnel and takes part in sports development in our region
and the republic. For 8 years, our organization has given a full
sponsorship support to the professional volleyball team that represents
West-Kazakhstan Region at the republican and international competitions.
Since 2001,
the consortium has sponsored a junior volleyball team from Uralsk
sports school. In addition to the volleyball sponsorship, our organizations
sponsored numerous sport competitions on the regional as well as
the republican and international levels.
