History of the Company

Last
year, in 2008, Nafta Trading House LLP celebrated its 10th anniversary
of its foundation. Quite a term for the company that through all
these years of activity has obtained noticeable results on the
services market of West Kazakhstan.
In
1995 during "Condensate" JSC formation period in conditions
of market relations it was decided to develop concurrent lines
of activities of the company, and one of this lines became an
establishment of commercial service with the aim to organize a
trade of quality goods of bulk demand, and making a profit from
the trading activity.
From
1 June 1998 "Nafta" TH LLP functions as an independent
legal entity as a part of Group of Companies "Condensate",
and all the while the guiding rules of the company's activity
are quality, efficiency, and skills.
The
company was studying and developing various trends of business
development and business cooperation, such as printing arts and
publishing, public services, production, construction, property
management. In February 2002 "Nafta" TH obtained as
its asset a social-cultural facility - Camping "Mechta",
which is one of a few facilities in West-Kazakhstan Region that
provides high-quality services in organizing recreation activities
for residents of the region and Republic of Kazakhstan and visitors
from other countries.
In
November 2004 a second phase of "Energy" Fitness Center
was put into operation. The Center holds gymnasium, aerobic gym,
sauna, solarium, hair and nail salon, massage parlor, phyto-bar,
tennis room, sports hall.
In
2006 a third phase of the Fitness Center started up. It comprises
swimming pool that corresponds to all international codes and
standards, equipped with state-of-art facilities and additional
room for exercising, Turkish bath and laundry.
In
2006 reconstruction and commission of Business Center called City
Center were finalized.

Office,
commercial and warehouse premises leasing services
The
Company leases, and does the servicing of, office premises in
the business center of the city: at ul. Yeskalieva 177, ul. D.Nurpeisova
15/1, ul. Zhukova 1, ul. Svobodnaya 35/1, shopping areas in Rahat
Trading Center (Uralsk) and in Philips Trading Center (Aksai),
with a total area of 9247 square meters.

"Energy"
Fitness Center - Fitness activities
If
you are on a way to give your life a fresh spirit then you would
be certainly interested in an exclusive elite fitness center called
"Energy" that functions as a club.
The
"Energy" Club offers a variety of services provided
by highly skilled personnel able to serve out the most demanding
customers.
A
gymnasium of the Club is equipped with state-of-the-art outfits
of such brands as "Precor" and "Icarian",
which are considered to be the best ones in the world. Here, the
club trainers may propose as individual training programs as well
as render assistance to those members of the club, who regards
the gymnasium as their customary place for training.
A
gym for group training welcomes those who wish to learn yogi,
dance with experienced tutors, who will also help making one's
shape perfect using the most advanced methods of group training.
The
up-to-date swimming pool, including Turkish bath and Jacuzzi provides
for group aqua fitness programs and individual swimming training.
The aqua aerobic exercises are widely experienced among the fitness
activities.
Whatever
activity you choose you will be always in the midst of group of
like-minded fellows and under the guidance of competent and charming
trainer.
The
"Energy" Club also welcomes parents and children. There
is a children's room for children of different age, where moms
and dads may leave their children with skilled nurse for a period
of their exercising in the club.
The
training can be followed by visit to sauna, massage parlor, as
well as phyto-bar, where they offer a wide choice of low-caloric
meal and fresh juice. With a beauty parlor one may have one's
hair dressed and manicure, and with a solarium - a beautiful tan.

Camping
"Mechta" offers recreation and leisure activities
for residents and guests from near- and far-abroad countries.
The camping is located in a picturesque site at Ural river-bank
and Teploye Lake.
In
the woods around the lake and river one can meet such wild animals
as fox, hare, roe and boar. Cranes, herons, gulls and other rare
birds make their nests around the lake. A great number of fish
dwell here. They are carp, catfish, pike, crucian carp, perch,
sargue, and rudd. One can enjoy successful fishing here. Water
lilies growing in the lake point to the lake cleanliness.
At
the lakeside a floating landing stage is located. This is a double-deck
"floating house" in retro style. The first deck of the
house holds the Lux rooms and standard rooms, and bar. There is
a restaurant with nice cookery at the second deck. The retro style
of the restaurant is carefully maintained. Decorated with lights
the floating house looks especially beautiful at night.
Our
guests are also welcomed to a hotel with De LUX rooms, sophisticated
and standard, including all facilities, nice restaurant with the
menu of various kinds prepared by skilled cookers able to satisfy
the most delicate taste.
But
there is more to follow! The various activities at the river are
at visitors' disposal, Among them are sand beach with 9m water
slide, hydro ski, catamarans and boats, journey at small comfortable
motor ship. Fish fanciers may relax fishing ashore of a pure pond,
whilst the followers of the most active life style are offered
to have training in gym and at the playground, as well as to shoot
in well-equipped shooting ranger, or play ping-pong or tennis.
The Finnish sauna welcomes hot bath fanciers. There is a swimming
pool and children's playground.
A
billiard room is opened 24 hours a day, which includes Russian
billiard, pool and graphite billiard table, as well as ping pong
and library.
Restaurant, bar, cafe are also located at the camping area, where
one may also visit a night club and sing karaoke.
Nafta
TH, the initiator of recreation activities, regularly holds various
sport events and relay, where everyone is welcomed. Chess fanciers
may have a chess tournament there.
The
camping also owns a lot of facilities designated not only for
recreation activities but for making conferences, seminars and
round-tables. The camping possesses modern conference rooms for
40 and 250 persons, as well as 5 comfortable and spacious banquet
rooms for 20, 30, 40, 120 and 250 persons.
The
guests who wish to go to excursion to Uralsk city are welcomed.
A comfortable bus makes trips to Uralsk and back to camping.
The camping visitors will spend unforgettable time and enjoy the
impressions yet a great while. Visiting once you'll be wishing
to come back here again.

Under
the Nafta Trading House Production and Financial Plan for 2009,
the revenues from financial and economic activities should amount
to 314 million KZT, including those that are to come from leasing
office and shopping premises (207 million KZT), fitness services
(69 million KZT), and camping recreation activities (36 million
KZT).
The
revenues from Energy Fitness Center in 2009 will be increased by
developing additional services, introducing new programs, among
them - an Outdoor Program intended for active recreation in the
country, in Camping Mechta.
To
increase the service capacity of the camping, in addition to Outdoor
Program, a number of recreational activities is planned - tent
camps, fishing, hotel voucher packages (through tourist agencies),
other entertainment, sports and cultural events.
