The main activities of the SC "Condensate"
are:
the operation of the low-tonnage plant for production of fuels (MTU
- 400) at the Karachaganak oil and gascondensate field; double pipe
oil products pipeline, 159 mm diameter and 32 kilometer long; a
terminal in the city of Aksai, which provides acceptance of oil
products, their unloading, storage and loading on to railway and
truck tanks. The capacity of loading racks allows loading up to
2,000 tons of products a day.

After commissioning
in 1998 the 400 000 MT capacity plant that uses unstable Karachaganak
gascondensate as a feedstock has been producing various types of
fuel.
Currently
JSC "Condensate" produces and sells the following products:
- heavy neutral
liquid fuel S2710RK15336125 OJSC - 010 -2004;
- diesel
fuel S JSC 15336125-1-2006, of brands DL-0,5-40 and DZp-0,5 minus
35.
In addition,
the Company is capable of producing and marketing:
- lead-free fuel for carburetor engines, of FCI-80 Brand S2710 RK1533625
OJSC-007-2004;
- fuel oil,
of M-100 brand;
- Straight-run
naphtha S657RK-15336125-01-99;
- Straight-run
gasoil cut S657RK-15336125-02-99.
In 2003 JSC
"Condensate", one of the first in Kazakhstan, had a certification
of services rendered by oil products terminal.
In May 2005
the Company received the Certificate of Conformity to Republic of
Kazakhstan Standards and Quality Management System ISO 9001-2001
in production and marketing of oil products.
In December
2005 the JSC "Condensate" personnel, one of the first
in oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan, obtained the Certificate
of Conformity to Republic of Kazakhstan GOST requirements and International
Ecology Management Standard ISO 14001-2000.
By implementation
of Quality and Ecology Management System the Company set a task
of further improvement of its activities by generation of industrial
safety management system that will fully comply with the requirements
of Kazakhstan Standard 1348-2005 (OHSAS 18001:1999; MOD) "Occupational
Safety and Labor Protection Management System. The Requirements".
The occupational
safety policy was adopted by JSC "Condensate" in October
2006, and in July 2007, on the eve of its 15th anniversary, received
an appropriate certificate.
JSC "Condensate"
is the only company in the West Kazakhstan Region that is running
its activities under three certificates of conformity.
In 2007 the Company set to implement one of its most important projects
- Plant Construction Phase II. It will increase the output of the
gas condensate treatment plant, now operating in the Karachaganak
field, up to 600,000 MT a year, with flash gas utilization and stabilization.
The implementation
of this project will help the Company reduce hazardous environmental
emissions for 90%.In 2008, JSC "Uralskneftegazgeologiya"
plans to expand the scope of services rendered at Chinarevsky oil
and gascondensate field.
The scope will include drilling wells with F-320 and F-400 rigs
, test and workover operations with P-80 rig, well surveys with
Siiko winch and Mikon downhole gages.
It is planned
that Company will participate in drilling and workover tenders in
new licensed areas: the Yuzhnogremyachinskoye field (Customer -
Yuzhno-Gremyachinskoye LLP), the Daryinskoye field (Geoinvest LLP)
and the Prigranichnoye field (Uralskneftegaz LLP).
