History of the Company

Limited
Liability Partnership "Zhaikkurylys" was founded in
December 1998 in Uralsk, Kazakhstan by "Condensate-Holding
Ltd" LLP and "Pak" LLP each holding 50% of the
shares. The new company was created to help the "Condensate"
Group of Companies with the construction and installation work,
as well to provide construction services to the residential and
industrial customers of the West-Kazakhstan Region.
In
order to better coordinate business activities the companies who
grew around SC "Condensate", including LLP "Zhaikkurylys"
signed the cooperation agreement.
From January 9, 2002 "Zhaikkurylys" LLP has signed the
general agreement of cooperation and has fully integrated into
the "Condensate" Group of Companies. In July 2002, LLP
"Condensate-Holding Ltd" purchased 50% of the shares
from LLP "Pak" and became the sole shareholder of the
LLP "Zhaikkurylys". The Board of Directors of the "Condensate"
Group of Companies is responsible for the overall strategic management
of the company.

Since
its founding, "Zhaikkurylys" LLP has actively participated
in the development of the Chinaryov oil-gas-condensate field,
including construction of the road and power line to Chinaryov
field. We have also participated in the construction at Teplovo-Tokarev
field, mini-refinery MTU-400 of SC "Condensate" oat
Karachaganak field, reconstruction of Kazakhstan terminal in Aksay,
construction of 16-km-long gas pipeline from the Krasnoarmeisk
village to Rubezhka village, construction of gas main to Vetelki
village, construction of the roof for "Renko", and many
other projects.
"Zhaikkurylys"
LLP has also taken part in the repairs at the "Mechta"
Resort , an excellent spot for recreation for both the employees
of the "Condensate" Group of Companies, and for residents
and guests of Uralsk.
"Zhaikkurylys"
LLP provides the following construction services:
1) Engineering for capital projects

engineering of heating networks, HVAC, water,
sewer, gas, power networks, and automation

engineering and management of civil construction
2) Manufacture of construction
materials such as construction steel, concrete, wooden scaffolding
and forms.

installation of of load-bearing and fencing
structures

Installation of outside utilities and structures
(installation of power lines, including electric poles, installation
of heating pipelines, gas lines, sewer lines, and valving)

Construction of inside utilities

Weatherproofing of structures and equipment
(roofing, insulation of structures, pipelines and equipment,
anticorrosive, chemical, and other protection of structures)

Finishing work

Landscaping

Building repair work (load bearing and fencing
structures, inside and outside utilities, dressing of buildings
and equipment, construction of roads)
"Zhaikkurylys"
LLP has one of three quality control laboratories in the region.
"Zhaikkurylys" LLP has the license to review and approve
the prolongation of service life of various equipment such as cranes.
LLP "Zhaikkurylys" also certifies welders and conducts
quality control of welding work. The laboratory is equipped with
the ultrasound defectoscope UD2-12, thickness measuring machine,
X-ray apparatus, tear apparatus to control quality of welds. The
quality control laboratory has many customers in the West-Kazakhstan
region, including those of the "Condensate" Group of Companies.

Since
its foundation, "Zhaikkurylys" LLP has been successful
in its business activities. Created from nothing, the company
has achieved uninterrupted construction activity and now is a
considerable competitor in the construction market of the West-Kazakhstan
region. Since its inception we have consistently grown the volume
of our sales. This has been achieved due to the efficiency of
the management, professionalism of the technical personnel, and
implementation of the modern construction and managerial techniques.
All profit obtained as a result of the business activity is reinvested
for purchasing of the new equipment and expansion of the company.

The
plans for "Zhaikkurylys" LLP include expanding its sales
and entering the international construction market. To achieve
these goals, our company routinely sends our specialists for training
to the universities of Kazakhstan and CIS, regularly certifies
qualification of its specialists, implements new technologies
and improves its internal processes.
In
the near future, "Zhaikkurylys" LLP is planning to continue
its participation in the development of the Chinarev field (purchaser
- "Zhaikmunai" LLP), reconstruction of the Rostoshi
oil terminal (purchaser - "Zhaiktrans" LLP), reconstruction
of the Kazakhstan oil terminal and repair works at the mini-refinery
MTU-400 (purchaser - SC "Condensate").

and Human Resources Policies

The
social and human resources policies of the LLP "Zhaikkurylys"
are consistent with that of the "Condensate" Group of
Companies. We pay special attention to training of our personnel
- since 1999 three of our specialists have completed and eight
are in the process of completing technical colleges.
We
hire new employees on a competitive basis, considering their experience,
education, and references. We give preference to energetic trainable
specialists who show leadership skills. When hiring, we use the
probation period which allows us to test the employee's adaptability.
To motivate our employees we use a complex of bonuses and benefits.

LLP devotes significant attention to the physical culture and
sports. Many of our employees regularly play volleyball, table
tennis, badminton and exercise. The teams of the LLP "Zhaikkurylys"
consistently participate in the company-wide intramural Olympics.
In particular we excel in arm-wrestling.

Our
General Director - Vladimir Kardonsky has helped develop our company
by selecting the company's management and professional personnel.
We have a very friendly team, in large due to the fact that many
of our employees work in our company from the very beginning.
We can point out S. Kulbashny - Deputy of Operations of the General
Director, V. Tsyplakov - Head of the Planning Department with
plenty of industrial experience, T. Koblova - and experienced
lead accountant, L. Dobrynina - an economist, A. Leotova - Head
of the Human Resources. We are proud to have such high-class professionals
as I. Belov and P. Dumchev - our construction foremen. Y. Platonov,
Y. Kondratiev, S. Meneshev, N. Pokazeev, A. Mostavshchikov are
our best welders who have their own stamp and permission to weld
on gas and oil mains.
We'd
like to specially point out the family dynasty of Kuznetsovs who
work in our company from its very first days. N. Kuznetsov, the
father, works as a driver-welder and has his own stamp to weld
polyethylene pipes. S. Kuznetsov, the son, works as a driver-mechanic.
Their trademark is discipline and hard work.
