The supreme management body of Aksaienergo LLP is General Meeting of Partners. The partnership’ current operations are managed by Tamara Viktorovna Denisova, General Director.

The structure of the company includes:

  • Group for working with legal entities;
  • Community Affairs Service;
  • Accounting and Economic Development Group;
  • Group of social issues and administrative appointments.

The primary tasks of the group for working with legal entities, by Aizhan K. Kuzenbayeva are as follows:

  • providing quality services on selling electric power to commercial consumers using power to produce Goods, provide works and services;
  • monitoring of timely and non-outstanding consumer payment for electric power;
  • executing agreements among power suppliers and Aksaienergo LLP for supply of electric power, and among consumers – for provision of electric power.

Community Affairs Service under supervision of Aigul S. Tulegenova, the head, carries out the following duties:

  • executing of agreements among domestic consumers for use of electric power for lighting purposes only as well as other needs not related to entrepreneurial and production activity;
  • monitoring of payment for electric power consumed by population.

Aksaienergo LLP has a policy of improving the quality of customer service using new technologies. For the convenience of consumers, payment systems through second-tier banks, the Internet, and terminals have been established.

Another important corporate unit is Accounting and Economic Development Department. It is headed by Lidiya G. Chirkova, Chief Accountant. All the documents related to overall financial and business activity of the company are accumulated here. Operative and quality accounting work is maintained by continuous self-improvement of specialists under the principle of interchangeability at work places.
